Here at Commercial Kitchen Fixin, LLC Todd developed a garbage disposal eliminator. Most disposals are used improperly. The proper way to use one is to scrape left over food into the trash and then rinse the little bit that may be left into the disposal. They are made to take a little bit of left over food down the drain, not a whole sandwich with fries. The problem with sending a lot of food down a disposal is that the drain lines will often clog up with food and cause draining issues down the line somewhere and may result in them needing snaked or even replaced. Disposals are also very expensive to replace. By installing one of our disposal eliminators it will prevent potential problems of a disposal going down and not allowing scraps to drain. It should also never need replaced again as long as it's treated properly because it's all made out of a heavy gauge stainless steel. It's made so that you can scrap right into it (though we highly recomend still scrapping into a trash can first to prevent it from filling up faster) and nothing bigger than the holes in the drawer can go down the drain. At the end of the shift, or when the drawer is full, you simply pull out the drawer and empty into a trash can. Some counties have even banned garbage disposals because they put too much food down the drain. These eliminators are the perfect solution for that problem.
